COURSE CERTIFICATION

FLOW ST8 offers a self-paced online course that can be completed at home. Upon completion of the course, to gain certification students will be required to submit exams via video submission (submit inside the training platform).

To become a certified FLOW ST8 Instructor students will need to submit a separate exam for this qualification. (This is an optional add on for those wanting to run classes using the FLOW ST8 license.

Successful completion of the Online Course will fulfill revalidation requirements and remain valid for five years from the date of issue.

USING THE FLOW ST8 LICENSE

FLOW ST8 PTY LTD is the owner of the trade mark and trading names “FLOW ST8”. Our name, logo and system you have access to as part of your Subscription shall only be used by you for providing live real-time fitness classes only and cannot be used in connection with any other business or product.

You may run up to 1 x FLOW ST8 class per day at any fitness facility, however any more than this will require an extended license or may fall under the franchise category. This license does not grant you rights to run a FLOW ST8 studio. Please contact FLOW ST8 to discuss license and franchise options.

The FLOW ST8 music copyright is owned by FLOW ST8 Pty Ltd. By completing the practitioner certification, FLOW ST8 grants you a limited non-exclusive license to use the music tracks for live, real time fitness classes only and you shall not use, broadcast, copy, perform, sell, share or transfer the music tracks in any form, for any other purpose.

Any class/ workout using a FLOW ST8 (tm) track, must be advertised as such, with our trademarked logo clearly displayed.

Our workouts are for professional use only, coaches must have passed their FLOW ST8 Instructor Certification Test and must have appropriate certifications to trade in their market (e.g. Cert 3 is required to run group training classes in Australia)

Each instructor and or workplace should have their own public liability and professional insurance cover.

We expect our workout to be delivered as per the instructor training course.

FLOW ST8 PTY LTD reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time for breach of any of these terms and conditions and reserves the right to immediately suspend your subscription whilst it investigates an alleged breach.

You shall indemnify FLOW ST8 PTY LTD against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by FLOW ST8 PTY LTD arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your use of the rights granted to you under these terms and conditions;

(b) your breach or negligent performance or non-performance of this these terms and conditions

Online Commerce

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing of purchases is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized, an infringing use of our copyrighted material, and may subject violators to liability. If payment for a course is declined, our system will automatically disable access to our premium materials. (We understand. This usually happens because a credit card expires.) We want to help restore your access, so we’ll make every attempt to contact you to help resolve this issue. Once the billing issue is resolved, we’ll restore access.

Limitation of Liability

The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.

Refund Policy

Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide any refund. The FLOW ST8 Institute provides a full refund should you contact us in writing within 3 days after your purchase. Please email the following email addresses to request your full refund.

Please note that to receive a refund you cannot view more than 2 modules.
