What do I need?
Just a mat, a phone or laptop and a pair of dumbbells at around 10% of your bodyweight in each hand.

Absolutely, we don't charge additional fees for this either so you can split the costs.

Can I keep doing my sport?
Yes we work with elite athletes through to everyday athletes who cycle, do Cross Fit, Surf, Golf etc. We integrate our systems in with what you are doing to improve performance.
